Making Payments With Hero
The Hero app is designed to make it easy for you to pay for all of your child’s needs.

New User
Click here if you are a first time user of Hero –  you’ll need to register to set up your account. All you need is your email address which matches the one held by the school. 

Registered Users
Sign in to the Hero app to make payments for all school activities and donations, pay for school sports teams and  support fundraisers.

How To Make A Payment

When a caregiver logs into Hero, they will be presented with the Caregiver Menu. The Finance icon will only exist if finance access is enabled.

 

Hero uses Stripe to allow caregivers to pay their accounts using Debit or Credit Card. This incurs a credit card processing fee which by default is applied to the caregiver transaction.

Click the ‘pay online’ toggle on each line item you wish to pay for.  Then select the blue pay items on line button. In the example below, 3 items are being paid

 

Continue to follow the instructions in order to complete the payment using your credit or debit card.
