I am Alicia King and am in my third year of teaching at Pasadena. I completed my practicing certificate last year after being provisionally certified for two years previous to that.

live locally and enjoy teaching at my local intermediate school, seeing students growing up around the same environments I did.

I believe that it is my job to help make our classroom a community and safe place where risks are taken often. I encourage my students to take risks as I believe this is the best way to learn.
